As of June 2026, we are mainly available Wednesday through Saturday including for correspondence. This means your submission might not get answered for a couple of days if you put it through on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.
For urgent daytime requests please fill out this form and follow up with a text. We are not an emergency service provider, so if you cannot reach us in an urgent situation, please contact your primary care veterinarian or local emergency hospital.
If your desired date/time is not available on the scheduler, please provide some dates/times in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate them.
