Prices are subject to change. Please note there is a discount applied for invoices paid with cash or check. 

In Home Euthanasia

  • Pricing is based on your pet's weight, and the location of the appointment- please see below

  • Weekends, holidays, and after-hours (5PM- 9AM), additional $100-200, depending on day/time.​

  • We are grateful when we can schedule appointments with some warning. However, we understand that this is not always feasible, and same-day appointments are available for a fee of $25, pending availability.

Cremation Services

Care of Final Gift Pet Memorial Center

  • Private cremation-- your pet will be cremated individually. Their cremated remains will be returned to you in 1-2 weeks, in a complimentary urn, along with a memorial paw print, and a certificate of authenticity.

  • Communal cremation-- your pet will be cremated together alongside other beloved pets. Their cremated remains are not returned to you, but as of mid-2025, are being used to create coral reefs off the coast of NJ and the Gulf of Mexico. More info here: Pet Reefs (Communal)

  • $300 for initial appointment (plus travel, if applicable, see above)

  • $150 for follow-up appointments (plus travel, if applicable)

  • If you schedule a future in-home euthanasia appointment for your pet, it will be discounted by $80 

Quality of Life/ Pre-Euthanasia Video Consult

  • $175 for initial video consult, to be held over "Zoom"

  • $50 for follow-up video consults
